Fucking ell’ I can’t seem to have one decent nights sleep, been the same for around 2 years now. I don’t understand the depth behind sleeping patterns, could someone explain?
I sleep for around 6-7 hours, i feel fine!!! I want an extra ten mins in bed, I sleep for another hour… I feel awful. Makes no sense. I can wake up in different moods, but the same day. Just different wakes. WEIRD
